How do I stop you "locking me in" ?

"Our systems are "open" you can access your data using Crystal reports, Microsoft Access, Excel or your own bespoke software. We fully support dealers taking advantage of this facility. After all, it is your data!
We won't lock you out from accessing it. You can run Horizon via any suitable server on your premises or why not consider our new "on line" service available from a centrally hosted site? You decide which option suits your business best - and we are always willing to assist you in any way we can."

Are you going to increase your prices?

"We believe our prices are the most competitive in the market and they are set to make sure we are profitable so we can always offer the best service and support."

Are you going to sell out?

"BlueSky is a totally independent company and our goal is to stay that way. We don't rely on third party funding and all our shareholders are involved in the business everyday. We're not a clinical corporate entity - for us it's personal."

How good is your support?

Why don't you use sage?

We believe that all the data you need should be instantly available from one place, your business system. With Horizon there is no need to dig around in other systems to find the information you need! However, we understand that many accountants use Sage, so Horizon produces reports in the same format as Sage. So you benefit from accurate data retrieved quickly from your business system by anyone in your business that needs it; and your accountant will still receive your accounting information in the format they are familiar with.

Won't changing systems cause a huge disruption?

Our data conversation rate enabling dealers to convert from existing systems is unbeatable. We have the expertise to enable customers to transfer data very quickly to Horizon with very little or no downtime. Usually the conversion takes place over a weekend, you work up to the close of business on Friday as usual and start working on your new Horizon system on Monday morning.

Our installation and training is carefully pre-planned for every new conversion. But the major advantage is how quickly your staff get used to the software to their; and ultimately the company's advantage. Users love the flexibility and speed of working in a true Windows® environment.
