Upgrades

Horizon and HorizonWeb are continuously being developed to ensure that our products keeps up with our customers present and future requirements. At BlueSky we are continually developing our system to supply our customers with up to date versions of our systems: Horizon, HorizonWeb and also our new Marketing module which is a new feature coming soon. All our customers are able to access our updates when they require and support is always available if need or if you have any enquiries about the new updates.

Third Party Services

At BlueSky our support team is set out to put our customers first by always ensuring to give a quick resolution to our customers problems. We provide a friendly and responsive service to answer all enquiries and problems presented by our customers. All enquires are handled by our support team by the use of our online/call logging system (available to all customers). All calls logged are either handled immediately or appropriately to customer needs.

Training

Here at BlueSky we have a team of highly skilled trainers who provide implementation support and training to our customers, to ensure that after installation our customers feel comfortable and confident with our system.
