Merry Christmas - December 2007

Bluesky would like to take this opportunity to wish our users a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.

In 2008 we are aiming to surpass our achievements in 2007. We have some very exciting new developments to help improve your productivity and efficiency. During the course of the year we are planning on rolling out the following major developments:

• Automatic catalogue updates synchronized with your Wholesaler link.
• Automatic daily price download and cost price updates.
• Price manager to select products by profit/slow moving/range etc and uplift/discount/promote as required.
• Full marketing/campaign management system with bought/not bought with user definable product areas/lists and customer target areas to produce labels, reports, mail shots or direct HTML email marketing campaigns with customer traceability. (i.e. Who has clicked on each email mail shot)
• Batch execution system to schedule multiple user defined operations in sequence.  (e.g. Raise delivery notes/shop and send to supplier) These can then be executed as a single key press on a new Processes Screen.
• Print estimating/management system.
• Automatic XML output stream for item/deal synchronization with other websites.
• User settings storage (many search/processing screens will remember the last settings used when closed) reducing the need for many system options - you tailor how you want it to work.
• Automatic document distribution system so that generated documents will automatically be sent to the selected distribution method (email/print/fax) in a single pass.
• Automatic “Trigger” system emails managers/reps on pre defined events - customer drop off/low margin orders.
• New managers/reps overview system on web so that managers can view the state of the system while not in the office via any web browser and leave messages/instigate processes.

We also have some user group meetings and training courses arranged and will let you know in due course of the dates available.

BlueSky Customer Base Increases to 35 - November 2007

BlueSky is pleased to announce that it's Horizon user base has now increased to 35 users, following the introduction of 12 new customers in the months of September and October.
